I attempted to dye my hair blonde last night. It didn't work as well as I'd hoped it would - my hair is lighter but still more red/brown than blonde. So I think I might try again on Thursday, just before I go away. I'm quite pleased with the dye though, because I was quite prepared for it to turn my hair ginger, since there's so much red in my hair naturally. It was time for a change, I may go back to being a redhead at the end of the summer but blonde is where it's at right now. I also made an appointment to have my hair cut *shock*. It'll be the first time in almost exactly a year. I don't know quite what to ask for, either. What I really want to say is "I want you to cut my fringe back in properly, and make the rest of my hair stop annoying me". But that's probably the point at which they shave it all off, except for my fringe. Hmm.

Other than that, I haven't done loads. I had a proper anti-people mood on Thursday/Friday, but it cleared up suddenly on Friday night as we got busy at work. Funny how that happens. Yesterday I met Jenny and we had a proper catch up, she's been in Sweden for a couple of weeks so missed out on all the little dramas. And she thinks Paul is slightly crazy, as does James. It's funny that James thinks he's being stupid, and makes me glad it's not just me who thinks that but people who know him well too.

It's now less that a week til we fly out to Portugal. Still no luck finding a bikini though...skinny dipping here we come?
