I abandoned my Facebook account. Not entirely, just for this week. I want to be a friend in real life, I'm tired of feeling disconnected.
I'm so blessed these days. There's so much to be grateful for.
I'm so human. We all are.
We're so connected. Even when we ignore our own feelings. Even when we think we're horrible monsters who don't deserve any of the love that the universe is showering on us. We're worthy of love, and we're not bad, although our actions can be shitty sometimes. Our actions do not define us. We have a core that is beautiful. And safe. And protected.
