Chuffed from coming off an amazingly productive day full of lots of interesting data about last year's hatchlings, he was looking forward to an equally amazing time with his friend. Charlie finished buttoning his shirt and tucked it into his denims. He had considered shaving but his sense of humor stopped him. Charlie was fairly sure he could get at least one good squeal out of Attie before she hexed him by scruffing her neck with his whiskers. He really liked those little noises she made when her feathers were ruffled. He stowed his wand and left his little cottage on the Welsh Dragon Reserve by Floo and arrived a few moments later at The Three Broomsticks.
Charlie cast a quick spell on himself to remove any soot before he tracked it through Madam Rosmerta's place. He looked around for the Mini-but-Mighty-McG but she wasn't there yet. Charlie Weasley took himself a seat at the bar where he could see both the fireplace and the door to wait her arrival.
