There were a number of improvements that would need to be made to bring the Janus Thickey Ward up to the level the Healers and the Friends of St. Mungo's would like to see. Frankly, Narcissa felt the Friends of St. Mungo's had set their fund raising goal far too low. That was one of the reasons she had been in today. She'd wished to have an independent opinion of the cost to refurbish the ward and she had been willing to pay for the second evaluation herself.
Narcissa was in the lobby, having just parted company with the gentleman she had brought in to do the evaluation, when Theodore Nott approached. "Good afternoon, Theodore."
