He wasn't sure what he thought about this woman, as fired up and insulting as she was. She was clearly a match for Charlie, and with her temper and vigor, he knew she was a good Auror. But to continually call him a child, and put him down was not terribly amusing. He knew that he, Harry and Hermione had only seen part of the horror that Voldemort had wielded; their perspective was very different of how the war had gone. The three of them had brushed against Voldemort's reign and time and again had managed to barely escape. There were other more sinister goings-ons that they had missed, thankfully. He was not about to argue with a full Auror about that kind of stuff.
But Ron could only look at Percy and be ponder; he was a seer? His older brother? What did that mean exactly? Could he see the future in cards? Runes? Or visions in a crystal ball?
The only one who could really see visions that he'd heard of was their old Divinations professor and she'd been a bit loopy. Ron wondered how long Percy had this talent, frowning slightly but not asking. Now wasn't the time to make those kinds of inquires. But something she said made Ron turn his head towards both of them, away from watching Percy's face.
"If the Order reforms, I'm in," he stated.

"But, we do it my way; I've made a career of not getting myself killed. We'll take this to The Quibbler, The Prophet will never print it, especially not...read the letter I gave you, Charlie. Ron, I'm sorry, but you'll need to wait until this comes out, I don't want to risk you knowing anything more than you need to, it's dangerous enough. Percy, you tell me everything you saw in your vision. I'll send the report; if anyone is going to be put in danger because of this, it's going to be the person who's job it is to get into life and death situations." She told them all in her "I'm a lead Auror and if you try to defy anything I've just said, I'll bring you in for the night" voice. She wasn't going to play around with this.
She looked at Ron. "Now, these two, I can't make them listen to me, but you, as your superior, I will have you taking all the spells in training until you get your badge if you tell anyone about this, understand? Not even to Harry, I'll talk to him myself. I just need you to stay safe, all three of you," she looked at Percy in particular.
She turned her attention to Charlie. "You and I will talk to our mum's, get the Order together, I'm sure Hermione can come up with some sort of communication system until we find a new headquarters." She'd heard of the coins she'd made for Harry's defense club and was quite impressed.
"Now, Percy and I are going to step outside for a bit of air if anyone asks."

Not only that, Charlie firmly believed it was Albus Dumbledore's greatest mistake not making what he knew about Tom Marvalo Riddle public in a similar manner back when the man first started gathering supporters. Charlie had heard how charismatic and charming he was, but the younger, self-styled dark lord relied heavily on the Pure-blood rich and powerful in the beginning. Dumbledore, with a few well-placed words, could have cut the legs out from under Tom Riddle by simply exposing him as the son of a Muggle who was abandoned by his Muggle father and then left orphaned by his penniless mother, Merope Gaunt. It was fairly well known that family was in-bred, unstable and violent. Charlie was convinced that had his supporters been aware, even by rumor, of Lord Voldemort's lineage, he never would have gained the power he did.
Athena was in her official mode and Charlie let her have at it. The legal aspects were her purview, not his, but he didn't hesitate to point out that his mother wasn't the right person. "I'll chat with Dad and let him know what's going on. Percy, do you want to be there?" Percy and their father were getting on better these days Charlie thought but he wasn't sure his brother was ready to for an Order of Phoenix conversation with Arthur Weasley. "If not, I need you to tell me whether or not I mention anything about you developing an inner eye." Charlie wasn't the type to go spouting off other people's business unless there was a damn good reason, like exposing a killer, and he reckoned that could be done without saying anything about Percy's dreams or divination.
