Who can Say

So today was 9/11 day (that sounds funny, doesn't it). We didn't do much special at school save get some American flag stickers, which had immensely insufficient glue. I lost mine before third period. A fire figher (was he retired? I can't remember) came and spoke at chapel for about twice the amount of time of a normal speaker, and the elementary were there as well.

I was intending to stay after school and help with the senior wall, but all the factors were not to my liking...wasn't sure who would give me a ride home, etc. So I left. Next time I'll be smart enough to bring my bike.

Heh. Mr. Kendall showed the 9/11 tribute CD again this year, (apparantly against his will), and funnily enough right as he was about to turn it on I ran to grab a kleenex for my annoyingly stuffy nose, which of course made it look like I was getting ready to cry my eyes out over the somewhat moving CD. Mandy picked up on that before I did. :P

Actually, I imagine if 9/11 had directly affected me (IE, if I lost one of my family members) and if I would let my guard down, I might actually have cried my eyes out. The music accompanied with the powerful images make for a pretty moving sequence. Anyhow, that's not what happened.

Three different people have invited me to do three different things on Saturday. I hate when this happens! I just want to go to the Fleamarket. Oh well, I'll figure something out. At least I'll be able to watch MST3k.

Gonna get that Ultraman clock from Toby this week. And he'd better have it!

Oh yeah, and I'm gonna try and do something for Homecoming this year, we're having a "Cartoon/Fantasy Character day" which is of course right up my alley. Just don't know what I'm gonna dress up as. I want to go as Ultraman, but is it possible...?

Rurgh...distractions
