When you keep commiting crimes and break the law, there's only two possibilities that await you: 1) You get caught and punished. 2) You escape and suffer the rest of your life as a fugitive.

Oft times, the offender may feel as if he is the only one in pain but that is farthest from the truth and unexplainable to him in his abject grief. When that occurs, the vicious cycle of inflicting hurt continues.
