I knew that it was bound to happen, but I still flipped out when I went to the Phantom of the Opera page on ffnet (for the first time in months) only to find that it had been over run by fics about the new movie. It was most definitely worth it. OF course, the overwhelming CHEESE of some parts (like the entire Phantom song sequence, and GB just walking around singing Music of the Night) could have been much better. (The next time I see it I'm going to have my eyes closed through MotN.)
