Gee... an update!
I update this journal so infrequently it's hardly worth maintaining... oh well, at least it allows me to read and comment on other people's LJ's now and then.
Been busy with my art. Both traditional and 3D. I've got a couple cool traditional art commission pics in the work for Kabbalist and Yao Chi - not ready to show anything yet, but they should be pretty spiffy.
On the 3D front, I'm developing rapidly there. I just spent my tax refund ordering a better computer, so that area should really explode, once I have a graphics card that can render more than one light source at a time, and a CPU that's more than twice as fast as what I have now... Can't wait for it to get here!
Other than that, life is... life. Relatively boring, and I'm kind of depressed, over all. No real reasons, other than that I still want to move back out West, but can't find a new job in that region. My employer wants me to move the other direction, to the East coast - even farther from my family and the part of the USA that I am comfortable in. No funding for that move though, so it's looking almost as unlikely as me moving West does.
Anyone know of a good opening on the West coast for a mid-to high level systems administrator? No? Oh well...
