(no subject)
There's not much for me to write about. I mean, shit's been going down, but do I have any desire to talk about it? Not particularly. Well, all right, I'll do a quick recap:
The measuring project is boring and tedious as always. I fall asleep when I'm inputting data and I get hot and sweaty when I'm climbing up and down the ladder to measure. Hurrah for uselessness.
The Blazer is a bitch. We've all known that since day one. Went up there last weekend to pick her up and tow her home and what does she do? Start right away. Ultimate epic fail right there. So I drove her home, and she's been fine ever since. Though I have learned something new: If you leave her out in the rain, sleet, snow, ice, and wind for a week she'll purr like a kitten.
Honestly, not much else to add. Cloves are very good. Valensuck Day is almost over, but the upside to that is the Valentine's Day massacre hopper on Halo 3. Haven't played it yet, but it should be very cool.
Okay, so does anyone remember this post about Monstersgame? It's basically an online text-based RPG where I'm a vampire and I attack werewolves. Easy. Well, I joined the clan that my in-game father (the vampire that created me) was a part of, but it turned pretty inactive after a while. I stuck with it because I was made leader, and I went through a lot of work to become one. (Basically was told I was not high enough level to be in the clan, leveled up quick, was promoted to leader and then the clan went inactive.)
I finally left that clan a 2 weeks ago and joined a different one. I e-mailed the leader of the new clan to ask if I would be given any special privileges because I was a leader of the old clan. He told me that I would probably be made admin after a few days. A few days went by, and lo-and-behold, I was made admin of the clan and the clan's forums! Celebration all around, I was very happy.
A few days later I got a message from the leader telling me that a very powerful vampire in the clan was giving up his account to the other leader and she was giving her's up and if I wanted it, I could have it. It would be a 10 level jump, and I could change the name to my old name. I was very happy, but sad to see my original account go. I mean, she was my baby, I built her up from just a fledgling and then, to give her up? Very sad.
However, my old account went to someone who deserved it, and I'm glad he has it. I also got Paul's old level 3 account so I can level that up and it will help me do some admin work so I don't waste gold in my actual account.
But that's basically what my life had been revolving around: Halo 3, anime, measuring project, and Monstersgame. But I love it.
