Help!

So I'm in a little bit of a jam. My insurance received paperwork with my name on it from the healthcare marketplace reporting that I had lost my credit, and as a result, my premium has gone up $87/month and my copays have jumped from $5 to $25. My insurance costs enough that I am barely scraping by as it is, with a VERY narrow margin and no savings
