Interview
Had a lovely interview this morning, was very grumpy when I got up as I'm in a lot of pain with tense muscles at the moment, but the adrenalin kicked in after a walk down to the Town Hall listening to Muse and the interview itself was fun and lively.
I wasn't expecting a handwriting test though! Couldn't help but recall the teacher who said my writing was like a drunk spider had fallen into the ink well and stumbled across the page!
I would love to be a civil registrar, I do feel it fits perfectly with my work history so far and would make use of my admin skills, performance experience and counselling skills.
I'm not thinking of giving up the Sussex Downs job, but this would slot neatly in being weekend work, and it's good to have job options so perhaps I can find well paid positions at future points instead of the just about meeting the bills jobs that I've had for over ten years now.
Feel very optimistic, looking forward to being busy again, fingers crossed for the future.
