it's been evident for a while that the majority of america was going to choose a president who reflected their own intelligence. and they elected bush (in place of previous wording). the announcement at school about the winner of the election made my heart sink. i organized a small chorus of 'this is the end...my only friend, the end...' which was running through my head today. so good job america, yes, we have a president who has 'family values'. yes, you can all rest with a good conscience because you voted for a man with great morals. i just wonder how family-oriented he is when he's firing up the electric chair or sending people to die at war. but mostly... man is he stupid. cheney should at least be president, because he does seem to be an intelligent person. at any rate, the redskins game was wrong.
i must add, to lessen a post that some may see as harsh (har), that of course it was wonderful that kerry was so gracious. and as i've been telling myself today, hopefully second time will be the charm for the president.
