Anyone have their own, or know of a good one online? My meals were taken care of for me in the co-op that I lived in previously. Now I have no idea what to buy. Help, please! Thanks!
Note: I am buying for one person, me.
Note: I am not vegan, I do eat dairy and eggs.

canned beans (I buy black and chickpeas almost every week and kidney and cannelini sometimes)
dried beans and pulses (if you'll use them)
pasta
flour (corn meal, white, whole wheat)
baking soda
salt
spices and herbs
vinegar (white, balsamic, acv)
oil (olive, vegetable)
rice (short-grain white and medium-grain brown)
oatmeal (old-fashioned)
canned tomatoes
peanut butter
*tortillas, bread, and/or pita if you don't make your own
*yeast if you do (keep this in the fridge and it will last longer)
honey if you eat it
sugar
*lemon juice
*lime juice
*tahini
*mustard
onions
potatoes and sweet potatoes
garlic
*butter if you use it
*salad dressing if you don't make it yourself
hot sauce(s)
bbq sauce
Weekly
*(soy)milk
*eggs if you eat them
tons of fruits and veggies (dark green and brightly colored veggies are usually a good nutritional buy)
whatever you are out of in the pantry
whatever meat substitutes you are fond of
It's always a good idea to pick out a few recipes and make a list before you shop. That way you'll avoid impulse buys. www.vegweb.com has
