Mouth Guard Help
After years of putting it off I finally need to buckle down and buy an over-the-counter night guard for my teeth (the sound of me grinding my teeth actually woke my boyfriend up last night!).
Even over the counter, these things are "expensive" for me -- the cheapest are at least $25. Does anyone have any reccomendations for brands/types or general usage tips? I would really appreciate it.
