How has your financial situation, whatever it may be, effected your decision to have or not to have children...whether you were planning or not? Not just in trying to conceive the old fashioned way but also via artificial semination, fostering, & adoption as well...how big of a impact did finances have on your decisions? And does money outweight the desire for a family or the ability to provide a safe, loving environment?
