Today I'm starting a brewing adventure.
As I type this, a huge pot of honey and water is cooling on the back porch after being boiled. Once it is cool enough, I'll add the yeast and transfer it to a fermenter. If all goes well, in 2 weeks I'll have ~19l of sparkling low alcohol mead.
