I'm really at a loss.

Just before Christmas, I tried to buy something from a Lego store.
I had trouble. I went to the website and wrote a complaint, but I got no response.

Until now.

Today I got ( this email )

service

I had a recent baffling and unpleasant experience with a service that I used to have nothing but good feelings for.
I was attempting to pay for my pro account, but there was a glitch in the system and at some point I would get stuck on a screen and not be able to get past it. I wrote in to them, seeking help, and confident that they would want to assist me, as I was trying to pay them money. However, the help I received was akin to "restart you computer and that should fix it." I responded, stating that I had already taken the recommended steps, and that the problem persisted. They replied to me with the exact same advice as before, but worded slightly differently.
Despite writing to them two more times, I never heard back from them. My money was not important enough for them to take the time to address my problem. I did find a way around the problem, but now I regret doing so.
I decided to just let it go and stop writing. I didn't stop using the service, but I now have a lot of bad feelings toward them. So, my advice is to do what you think will cause you to have the fewest bad feelings.
