Tennie's a pretty cool cat (dog? thing? who knows). He's a pretty tough nut for her to crack, but Ino's not really the type that would be bothered by this. Of course, she loves being nosy and prying into other people's business, but if he wants to deflect by flirting with her and generally implying that she's pretty, then there ain't nothin' wrong with that. 8)
His human form definitely helps. Just because she's dating Yuri doesn't mean she's blind, and she knows a handsome guy when she sees one. But because she is dating Yuri, all her flirting back is basically style without substance; she's going through the motions out of visual appreciation uhuhu, but she doesn't mean it. Really. Yuri's got nothing to worry about

He'll probably always flirt with her, no matter what, do to that fact that she plays along and it's almost cathartic for him, since it doesn't require him to be truly serious. But she's more than welcome to point out his switching, but it's really something he does so she feels more comfortable talking to him, because while I could be wrong, she seemed to find it a little odd talking to him in his usual form when she first met him? So, it's a sort of reflex.
He would also not be adverse to spending more time with her.
I think, all in all, Ino finds Kanda interesting in a vaguely amusing way. He kind of reminds her of a Neji-type person, tightly wound and irritated as a default attitude, and just like she could never really stop herself from bugging the crap out of Neji, she can't really stop herself from bugging the crap out of Kanda.
She likes getting a reaction out of him, basically. Sometimes, this is really easy to do and sometimes, it's not. When it's easy, it's funny, plain and simple. Annoying on occasion, but she just yells at him and it makes her feel better. When it's not so easy, she isn't really sure what to do. Keep trying? Hold her ground? Give up? Despite the fact that he's obviously homicidal, she's not actually scared of him in any way, shape, or form. Part of this is because she's still a bit stupid and a ninja and being scared is counterproductive, but the other part of because she believes that he wouldn't hurt her. Not because she thinks he's a good person, but because she thinks he has the potential to be. He's definitely not

INO WOULD LIKE TO BE ON CHESHIRE-- I mean wait what.
She likes him, to put it simply. While she wouldn't necessarily consider him a friend right now, she'd like to someday. He's interesting and ~mysterious~ and really, really cute, though I think she has different reasons than Yuri for thinking so. Ahem.
It's hard for her to put her finger on what he is. Not just whether he's a cat or a dude, but whether he's good, evil (though she really, really doubts he's evil--maybe morally gray), actually a crazy person hiding it really well, whatever. All she knows is he's playful and pretty good at slithering out of questions. And being one of those annoyingly nosy, stubborn kinds of people, she doesn't want to stop until she's figured everything out. Not just for the sake of it, but because peeling back layers in the key to getting to the heart of a person

Sakura is many things to Ino: a.) friend, b.) rival, c.) confidante, d.) the voice of her conscience, e.) her science project, and so, so much more.
A lot of people don't understand their relationship. It makes perfect sense to Ino. Here's the girl that she approached so many years ago, extended the arm of friendship to--and was hurt by. It did hurt. For a long time, she could distract herself with their rivalry, both over Sasuke and in every other area, and throw herself into beating Sakura in every way possible. I think, in the end, they both became stronger for that rivalry, both emotionally and as ninja--of course, Ino has an iron determination of her own, but being about to compare herself to one person made it easier to do everything she could

Ino → Tifa; Ino thinks Tifa is a pretty cool chick! She'd really like to get to know her better and see more of her relationship with Cloud, but from what she's experienced so far, she likes Tifa. She seems very level-headed and mature, though her sense of humor is still pretty good, if she likes laughing at Cloud. 8)
The only problem: a.) her boobs are epic, and b.) she doesn't take advantage of this. Like. What??? Are you crazy?? If Ino had breasts like those, she would be swinging them around left, right, and center. She would get everything she ever wanted. So obviously, Tifa is either naive or a little shy, and Ino needs to work on bringing out the sex goddess in her. And maybe unleash it on Cloud. If he deserves it

WHAT IS IT WITH INO AND PINK-HAIRED CHICKS SERIOUSLY MAN.
In a way, Euphie reminds her of Estelle--but that's where she stops thinking about it. Because while Euphie is an Estelle-type person, sweet and kind and completely un-dislike-able, they're two totally separate people. For one thing, Ino doesn't get the same type of innocence from Euphie that she gets from Estelle. Yeah, Euphie is pretty... innocent isn't the word... basically, there's something very pure in her intent, even if the rest of her isn't necessarily pure. I think Ino senses that loss of innocence in her--I mean, the ninja world isn't all smiles and rainbows all the time, either
