Hmmm...well yesterday i weighed myself and i was....160 lbs...but today!!! i weigh 155 lbs.!! yeah its prolly just water weight but still =) I'm doin good on my eating "modification" lol. i'm trying to eat in smaller portions...more often but eating good food. so far today i had a baegle and a glass of soy milk along weight a 1-a-day weight

I had no idea it takes 21 days to adapt to a diet. And you are right, I was REALLY cutting back on the sweets I ate and then I ate a small Butterfinger bar and now I find myself craving chocolate more often :/ gah, I hate it. So, once you start cutting back on that sort of food, make sure you don't binge ya know ( ... )
