Hmmm...well yesterday i weighed myself and i was....160 lbs...but today!!! i weigh 155 lbs.!! yeah its prolly just water weight but still =) I'm doin good on my eating "modification" lol. i'm trying to eat in smaller portions...more often but eating good food. so far today i had a baegle and a glass of soy milk along weight a 1-a-day weight ( Read more... )

wow. you are doing a lot in order to lose weight and that's awesome! I was on Weight Watchers for awhile and I've been cheating a lot lately :/ Wow. I can't believe all the things that you are doing! I wish I could do that. Well, for one thing, it's harder me to just go out and go for a walk ya know? I have to consider Aidan and how bad the weather is, etc. I don't have any exercise equipment either :/ I'm hoping to get an elliptical machine from Walmart once Xmas and my birtday rolls around. I don't want to spend the money now frankly because I don't have it. It really sucks. I have a pilates DVD but I've been too lazy to do it. I know, I need to kick it into gear and really start watching what I'm eating.

I had no idea it takes 21 days to adapt to a diet. And you are right, I was REALLY cutting back on the sweets I ate and then I ate a small Butterfinger bar and now I find myself craving chocolate more often :/ gah, I hate it. So, once you start cutting back on that sort of food, make sure you don't binge ya know ( ... )

Michelle I'm so excited!!! I have the PERFECT workout program for you...well its not really a program but its in this magazine my mom has. theres this section on working out for a new mother and you incorporate your baby. and since aiden is alittle older and bigger than a baby it will be good strength training. I'll scan it and send it to you or i'll show it to u if i see you soon ( ... )
