Today something new happened, i stopped eating b4 my plate was empty. FuckingHuge!!!!
Here's how it went down. due to a lack of planning on my part, a growing headache that was making the roof of my mouth and gums ache along with the rest of my head as well as massive cramps i said "fuctitall" and carbed it up at COBS & Starbucks. wheat ,fat ,caffeine and SUGAR....sweet jesus it was delish! then i attempted to burn as much of it off as i could in the pool for 50 minutes. though , surprisingly i was not filled with guilt or remorse for having "fell off the wagon" because after i got home i got back on the wagon again. if you have ever swam for more than 5 minutes, then you know that bone gnawing hunger. For my back on the wagon meal, i made a frigging huge spinach salad, with left over pork, cheese and cherries. and, i couldn't finish it. there wasn't that much left, but my body just said No. That's a first, let me tell you.after all the decades of binge eating, my stomach has distended, a lot. to be still full from eating 3 hrs prior isn't normal for me. neither is stopping before my plate is cleared. but my tummy said we're closed for business.and i just stopped.
i hope this is the start of something new, perhaps the brain has finally started the bridge to "fit and healthy island". i'm crediting the burst of PT after hitting that 245 mark.( my stomach just rolled over while i typed that number. ) that's when i started walking down the back road, 1-3 km walks in my booty shorts and bikini top to get a tan. then i started the 6 pack of swim lessons for 3 wks and the 6 pole dance classes (level 1). plus the stretching and hooping as required , in btwn the class days.
it has been easy to become cal deficient, as i was eating multiple chocolate bars a day. so the first 5 lbs came off by just dialing it back a lot and PT. and i suspect that there is a few more that will follow once the old moon days are finally gone, but i feel smaller and i can see definition in my legs and arms. so that is a bonus.
