I cannot believe I forgot to post about my own birthday. I am a dork.
So yes, Thurday was my birthday. Shane took me out to a movie in the afternoon, and then, that evening, we dressed up and headed to a lovely, quiet, candlelit dinner, and it was absolutely perfect. There were white and red roses everywhere around our table and such. Only my husband could have picked a place such as he did. He is amazing. And looks amazing in a tux.
After dinner, we danced, and it was one of those moments where you think nothing else matters except you and the one you love. It was that exact thing. I love those moments.
He gave me a lovely necklace and bracelet set, and another new notebook for my writing. He always knwos the right thing to give to help support me and my creativity. I love him so much.
That night, well, it was good, let's just say that and leave it AT that.
Then, last night, it was a family day. My brothers and sister and parents and friends were all at the house, and we barbecued, and generally had fun.
So yes, it was an incredibly wonderful birthday. I feel so loved. I am blessed, and I am loved.
