I've been gone for a bit -- got back from NYC at 1 am this morning, slept, then went to 10 am practice at the school. It was only mildly exhausting. The trip was really great and very refreshing for me. I finally got to go to Central Park, which was probably my favourite part of the whole thing. Although I also saw August: Osage County. It was a pretty good play, a great performance, but the audience laughed through the whole thing, and I felt things were not funny at all, that they were in fact very serious. I don't understand people. (I've recently nabbed a Snoopy tee-shirt from my sister that says that and plan to wear it on Monday.
