It's that time of year again...
Heroes started up again last night. I think they were trying too hard to "blow the audience away" with the first episode. They hit the ground running so hard that they ran right through the wall, leaving me rather puzzled. It just seemed to move too fast, reveal too much. The second episode moved at a better, more classic Heroes pace (they played the first two episodes back-to-back last night). I like when there's a good balance between old questions answered and new questions raised. So...I have a feeling this *could* be a good, enjoyable season, provided the second episode is any indication of what we can typically expect.
As for Mohinder...man, he not only picked up the Idiot Ball, he SWALLOWED IT WHOLE. Come on, Mohinder! You're supposed to be the smart one! GAH!
Ah, well. Brian and I are still looking forward more ardently to the beginning of the second season of Pushing Daisies. It starts on October 1st! Is this awesome? Type yes or no.
