Back to Work
Ugh. I got plenty of sleep last night (in theory), but it wasn't a good sleep. I think the bedroom was too cold and as a result, I was all huddled and tight and now my muscles ache and I have a slight headache, and on top of that my stomach feels a little off. Not sick per se, and not cramping or anything. Just unsettled.
Ah, well. At least I had a pretty good weekend? There were birthday parties and games, lots of good socializing time, I got through a goodly chunk of The Once and Future King, and I got through some novel stuff. I've surpassed my red-penning goals for this month (I'd planned to get through Chapter 5, but I finished that and started on Chapter 6!), but I haven't yet started with my actual editing goals. I may not meet them...we'll see how the rest of the week goes. I've been really plugging along in TOaFK, and if I make a lot of progress reading that, I'll be happy.
