Originally I hadn't planned on rooting my new phone until the warranty expired but now I don't think I can stand to wait that long. AT&T apps that just won't die are driving me crazy!

Barnes and Noble apparently now owns eReader.com. I've had an account there for quite awhile and I think it's gone through a few hands over those years. But this confuses me. I've tooled around with eReader for years now, but never really done much with books on my handheld. I've just realized the obvious and installed another reader (mobiPocket) and have been going through an orgy of downloading stuff from Project Gutenberg and converting them for that program.

Any suggestions of books past copyright?

All this needs is a nice friendly Don't Panic button and it would almost be there.
