Hi guys!

It's been a long time since I posted, but I was hoping to get a request in. All I'm really asking for right now is an Abra. Preferably low level. Not picky about the nature or anything. Well im raising a new team properly for once lol but I have a question about the evs.

are they doubled when the pokemon are infected with pokerus and is it still doubled while getting experience from an exp share?

and how many evs is the maxium one stat can be raised by and how many evs can a pokemon contain all together thanks in advance :)
