Best RPing hours: My available time is kind of all-over-the-place right now; I'm generally not available on Thursdays between 1PM and 10PM, and weekends are a little hit-or-miss, depending on whether or not I've made plans.

Dos & Do Not Wants: I am down with just about anything; obviously, the standard "do not maim/kill without my permission" and "discuss things with me first before doing anything too shattering, physically or mentally" apply here, but other than that we're good. Both positive and negative CR is welcome here.
What you're aiming for/future plans: It is immensely difficult to get my characters out of the box; given that they're mostly villains this is probably to be expected, but um. I would really like to get them some new CR that's actually going to stick, whether it's mortal enemies, vitriolic friendship or...that odd sort of bromance that they tend to develop with completely random people for no real reason.
I'm going to be running something here, plot-wise, the first week of August; as such, after that a lot of my characters that I haven't been playing as much will probably be brought back to let my brain recover. So literally anyone that's listed as being in-game is up for CR planning.
Specialverse Maxie is kind of in an odd position, because again, there is going to be something large going down at the beginning of August (announcement forthcoming, like...later today orz). So new CR with him is fine, but it is probably not going to stick very well, regardless of what happens over the next month. Angie is in a similar position, but her CR is less likely to die in a massive fireball of batshit crazy.

Also I have yet to get far enough in Special to know what Juan is like, but as you didn't list him as a villain, can I safely assume he's somewhat like his game counterpart? Because if so Cress will fanboy admire him so much

As for Juan, he's definitely not a villain, though given the manga I can definitely see where you'd ask, haha; he's not nearly as campy as he is in the game, but he is definitely a good guy and...well, given that he's a gym leader in Special he's got more than his share of badassery going on. XD But oh god, he and Cress would be magical so I am all for it.
