EV training question
Just a quick question - sorry if it's been asked before.
I was EV-training my Porygon for speed in LeafGreen. I gave it 10 Carbos for the 100 EV points, then fought 76 Rattatas and Pidgeys with a Macho Brace attached (without levelling up). This would have given me the other 152 EVs, so I was expecting a SPD+38 on the next level-up, but I only got +12. Is that normal?
