rookie mistake

 So, I'm here in the U.S. and decided recently to do another run through on Black because my first time around I didn't really enjoy the game, I just wanted to finish it...  But on my first go-through, I had managed to connect to WiFi and had gotten the Liberty Pass for Victini, but I never used it.  Now I'm pretty sure the event is passed, but I still have no Victini. :(

So in short, is there a way for me to get the liberty pass some other way? I don't have an ActionReplay or I would've used that, and I don't think you can trade those between games so asking for someone to hack one for me seems out of the question...
