It's not a glitch, they just are for some mysterious reason still able to flee despite their status ailments. It's stupid really, but oh well. :/

And yes, you can run into the legendary dogs while surfing. xD It's makes for some good LOLz.

Lol, since so many people like this I really REALLY should make that DA account for my MSpaint work. My only problem is I can't afford another subscription ;-; so it will have ads on it, bawww.
