Looking for a very special Ditto!

 Hi people! I'm looking for a Ditto with 31 IV in Attack, which I've been trying for days to catch to no avail. I don't mind if it's cloned or AR'd as long as the Attack's IV is the only thing altered. In return, I can trade two Ditto with max IV in Special Attack and Speed respectively, gotten through excessive chaining. ;D
