Entertain the newbie! Part 2
Some more silly newbie questions as I plow on through Leaf Green.
My eventual team will probably end up having Raichu and Blastoise on it at the very least, so I'm curious as to a general opinion on what a good move-set for these two are. All opinions are welcome, although a couple of specifics I was looking at: A) is Iron Tail a good learn for Raichu? and B) I was considering passing on Thunder for Raichu due to it's annoyingly low accuracy, until I noticed Blastoise can learn Rain Dance and thus make thunder a 100% accurate move. Worth considering?
Also, if I have a Gen-III game (Leaf Green, obviously) in the GBA port of a DS and a Gen-IV game in the DS slot, can I trade pokemon between the two games? (obviously I couldn't trade Gen-IV pokes to the Gen-III game, but besides that.) I really want to be able to give my Leaf-Green team an Espeon, but that's not possible without a time-of-day mechanism.
