This is how we bond with Pokemon

[If you're at the beginning edge of the Azimuth plains, you'll see a young adult Touya standing around. He has clawed up shoulder pads and he's not getting new ones any time soon, no sirree. He has his arms spread out, his shoulders stiff, and soon, a Braviary will swoop in and pick him up hiiiiigh into the sky.

After a few moments in the air, he free falls from the sky! What looks like impending doom ends up with Braviary snatching him before impact and safely placing him on his two feet. Stable, he pats his Braviary and proceeds to tell the eagle how goddamned awesome it is.]
