PREPARE FOR DOWNCOUNT
[It was a nice, normal day on Awesome Island.
AND THEN CAME TEAM ROCKET. Granted, at least they aren't directly attacking the CMA, though there is clearly something going on with one of the smaller mountains on the eastern outskirts of the area.
...of course, the Team's involvement in things may not be crystal clear to those who have no previous experience with Team Rocket's radio experiments; that 'something' seems to involve a lot of Pokemon achieving a level of insanity only exceeded by certain villains in Pokemon Special. While they're spreading out at a rather alarming rate (and attempting to destroy practically everything in their paths), most of them are still in the east, and it's rather obvious that they're coming from that direction.
...we're gonna need some ten-year-olds to take care of this.]
((OOC: IT BEGINS. Here is how this event will work: I will be posting thread starters detailing the locations where the action will be taking place, similar to another event you may all remember. If you want to participate in the event, you must fill out the permissions form if you have not already done so, and if you are bringing in a Team Rocket character late you must friend this journal and look over the friendslocked plotting post when I friend you back. I will be updating it if we get late signups, and signups can go on indefinitely!
Anyway, the first thread, the perimeter, will be the CMA. Fight some crazy Pokemon, plan out your strategy, cry, etc. There might be some grunts prowling around, as well!
The second thread will be the base of the mountain, where there will be a certain trio, a certain AU version of a protagonist, and a certain executive (HIDE YO SLOWPOKES, HIDE YO SEVIPERS) to fight.
The third thread will be the mountain ridge, where the admins (such as Archer, Archer, Koga, and Clarissa) and the more badass grunts (such as Red and Kotone) will be hanging out.
You can move between these three tiers at any time (even if you're playing a Team Rocket character, though if you are I'd be careful about it), though I would suggest there be some sort of logical progression between them unless your character is either a) really good at stealth or b) can fly. Later, I'll put up a fourth, fifth, and sixth thread; the fourth thread will be the FINAL BOSSES while the fifth and sixth are reserved for ~*~certain characters~*~. The fourth thread is an infiltration thread for Gold and Silver because TIMING. The fifth thread will be the FINAL BOSSES AND THIS THREAD IS UP NOW, and the sixth thread will be something special! What will be going on in the last thread is mostly a secret for now, but I will say that it'll be epic as hell.
