[It's not often she see's someone appear out of nowhere, such as Ruby did. So she'll stop and stare for a moment.]

[As soon as he hears the movement, he whips around, pulling out the gun and training it right on Yellow. He paused, but only for a second.]

Say something or I'll shoot. [And that's aiming for a headshot.]

... [And holsters the gun and puts away the pokeball. He knew Yellow's abilities. If there was an immediate threat, she'd say something.]

You shouldn't delay. Weren't you the one who required everyone ask you to say something when you appear out of nowhere?

[Ruru looked from Ruby and then to Sapphire, freezing herself. W-what, why are you...?]

[The smile on her face quickly disappears when she notices the scar. And the gun on his hip.]

[Aaaaand as soon as there's the slightest noise from you, he's whipping around to face you and he'll be pointing that gun at you with quite the scary look.]

[For about two seconds until he registers what you look like.]

[In which case, the horror, shock, and actual FEAR on his face makes the look he had when you first found him after he ran away look like mild surprise.]

[ He could feel his pulse accelerating as his eyes flickered between the gun and the boy's face. There was some kind of reaction there; it meant that somehow, this boy knew him.

Norman had plenty of reasons to believe that this was one of his sons, but he couldn't make any assumptions. ]

[To be fair, he does have the same scar as Ruby, so it really isn't unreasonable.]

[And when Norman speaks, he actually flinches and now it's turned to deep confusion, to still go along with that horror. You're there. You're TALKING. Even if he didn't see Norman 'die,' it was impossible to imagine his father letting himself turn, especially when he PROMISED he wouldn't after he definitely saw him get bitten.]

[Norman wasn't like Yellow. There weren't some power that might have saved him. He can't be HERE. He can't be talking. He can't be alive.]

Oh no, I've finally snapped... [He's stepping away from Norman, releasing Ruru from her Pokeball. Because he wasn't trusting his own senses anymore.]
