[Brendan's sitting out in the CMA again. The berries had been watered, and that left him with time to think- and a number of subjects to think on. The events of the past month (silly as they were), the arrival of a girl who claimed to have been watching him,]

It only hatched recently, so it views all the "new" pokémon with innocent curiosity. A Whismur is sitting next to it, fidgeting cutely. A Banette and Ninjask hover in the air nearby. A Mawile is chewing on some tough berries, and a Magcargo is nestled in a small, impromptu firepit.]
[Then there's some he's looking over- A Gallade, a Froslass, a Probopass... And the mood between Pokémon and (former) trainer is very awkward.]
