*Latias has taken the sudden snowstorm in the central meeting field as a sign to finally try and change into human form. Remembering what Zapdos told her, she lands on a stump, fists her hands and wishes as hard as she can. Unknowingly, she whispers under her breath*

I wish I could turn into a human!*she waits a moment, then cracks open an eye.

*Steven is still in the Central Meeting Area, powdery snow clinging to his hair and clothes like he has a terminal case of dandruff. It's unclear if he's hanging around there because he's bored or if there's some reason for him lingering there. He notices Latias sat on the tree stump and watches her from a distance for a while.*

Is that... Latias...?

*As she hands her head in sadness, he wonders if she's okay. Carefully, so as not to startle her, he wanders over to her.*

Hey, um... Are you okay...?

[refractslight]

*Latias looks up at him with the saddest look on her face*

I c-can't turn hu-human! DX

*she knows he can't understand her properly, which just makes her sadder, so she draws a stick figure human in the dirt, then points to it, then herself, trying to get her point across*

*Steven watches as she draws the figure and tilts his head to one side slightly.*

A... a person...? Something about you and a person?

A person was mean to you...? Is that what it is?

*He realises that perhaps he's clutching at straws, but she looks so sad, he has to at least try!*

No, that's not it at all!

*she shakes her head violently and hastily scribbles a figure that looks vaguely like herself next to the stick figure. She then draws an equals sign inbetween them, stares pointedly at Steven and then crosses it out*

Oh, Latias! Reminds me that I went shopping through Wallace's portal for that ketchup stuff, I just finished making the pasta because there was no sink D:

*Latias' ears perk up a bit at the mention of pasta*

Uhm, okay! *she clenches her eyes and thinks really hard for a bit*
