How wide can you dream?

[The CMA is a good place for announcements, right? Touko may not have been out and about very much at all since her arrival on the island, but even so, she knows it's a major activity hub.

Which is why she can be found in the CMA, riding on her Bouffalant and being fairly noisy. She wants to be a spectacle and attract attention. She has one doozy of ( Read more... )

What's a Giratina? The island can speak to you directly? And - what does it mean we're being owned?

[He's so lost right now. Not literally, for once, since the island's kind of been explained to him, but nothing this girl is saying makes an ounce of sense to him.

Giratina's a Pokemon of Sinnoh legend - giant dragon, supposed to rule over dimensions. Apparently one owns the island. And yeah, the island talks, it told me all this.

[She's a little confused by the "we're being owned" part of your questions - but then, maybe she just worded things strangely? Ah, well, easy mistake!]

...I guess if the Giratina owns the island and we're all stuck here, the Giratina kinda owns us too by extension? If you wanna look at it that way!

Well... if Giratina owns the island, it's more like a landlord. And it's not a bad landlord, either. We're taken care of here, we've got all this space and places to live and food... I'm alright with the dragon owning this island. It hasn't done anything evil with it.

[Well there's a dead giveaway if ever Touko's heard one.]

You've got to be new if you don't know about the tricks this place pulls... Though those might not be the dragon's idea.

Either way, the island's ticked, and that means trouble.

I got here yesterday.

But no dictatorship is executing people in public, so unless the 'tricks' are worse than that, this place wins and so does Giratina.

[...Oh gosh your inexperience is kinda cute. It reminds her a little of Touya.]

I hear it brought an evil town in out of nowhere once... But it's also brought a carnival and an entire lake. And then there's ones where it just screws with people!
