[ She hadn't wanted to make a big deal about today, hoping it would go by without a fuss. It's been years since she last celebrated, and she stopped keeping track not too long after. Unfortunately, the island clearly had other plans.
Outside one of the cafes, Leaf is sitting at a highly decorated table with balloons, a cake, and a unopened present. It certainly wasn't her idea, but seems like she's not completely opposed to it, having taken a small slice of the cake for herself.
