more challenging

Good Afternoon Everyone :) I know I need to post the stats, but I haven't really been posting much period, so the numbers have been pretty sad. My mom went to Phoenix for the July 4th weekend, so it's just me and dad. His b-day is tomorrow, so I thought it would be fun to take him to a movie, he loves 3-d movies :)

Toy Story 3

I never saw the first two in the theatre, but I have loved these movies. They've been very cute and very touching and this one is no exception. As seems to be standard, the toys end up out of Andy's house, but more troubling, Andy is going away to school, a young adult, and doesn't play with the toys anymore anyway. A mix-up happens and all but Woody end up going to the daycare. It's the daycare from hell :p

I'm not sure how much any of you want to read, but it is a really adorable story that had me crying through the last half hour at least. I'm not sure I would have felt compelled to see it in 3-D if not for my father, so don't feel compelled to see it that way, but it is a great addition to the Toy Story stories.

I'm sure most of you know me pretty well, so a story about abandoned toys was more than a little bracing for me. I had to hug everyone extra when I got home - I don't think I can ever donate a toy again :p

hope everyone's enjoying their July 4th (especially those of you in the states) - we get tomorrow off as part of the Federal Holiday. I feel like I've mentioned this, but I'm going to FL the week after next, so be on the look-out for an update on Harry Potter world :) work is as frustrating as ever, but I think some of it could be my own misgivings about where I stand...it is what it is, right?

okay peeps - have a good one :)
