Ooh, I'm happy you like it so much! It was hands down one of the best comic movies to date, I think. And you're right, the casting did a lot for it. I'm usually no fan of Gwyneth Paltrow, but she was great here. :D

I can really agree with that, but more because I was never a big Iron man fan, but this movie did a nice job of capturing what I knew :)

I totally thought the same thing as you. The trailer made the movie look just plain stupid. I went to see it anyway on opening night and it just blew me away. I've seen it twice now... it's so awesome! Glad you liked it too!

I didn't read all your review since you warned for spoilers but I can't wait to see it. Gotta find a day very soon. Unfortunately my regular cinema buddy is sick these days so I'll probably end up going by myself if I want to see it. That's ok though I don't mind.
