A!N: i'm deleting my old lj accounts so i'm moving some stuff over that I cant bear to delete.
"Kaoru, listen to me. He's not good for you." Mao repeated the words she had said time again as she looked imploringly at her beautiful daughter. She would give anything to make her daughter understand. The thought of her young, delicate daughter getting hurt was unbearable.
"But I love him! Don't you know what love is? Why can't you see it from my point of view? " Kaoru screamed at her mother, warm tears of frustration streaming down her cheeks. She ended the conversation with a final sob as slammed the door behind her.
Of course I know what love is... Mao thought as leaned against Jun. She of all people knew what it was like to fall truly, madly and deeply in love. It was like a spark which grew into dizzying, burning passion that made her breathless when Jun looked at her, kissed her, said her name... everything he did. This passion had now evolved into another type of love where they were completely comfortable together and fit perfectly together. A firm, steady, undying kind of love.
"Give her some time to cool down. I'll talk to her later okay?" He said gently as he massaged her shoulder soothingly and placed a kiss on her forehead.
"If she still thinks we don't know what love is then maybe we should show her the movie her parents fell in love making." He muttered and chuckled softly.
Mao nodded into his chest and hugged him a little tighter.
