I've been looking forward to DEARDROPS since.. I don't know. Probably a year or so.
Katawa Shoujo, not as long since I found it quite recently, but I'm still hyped.
Seinarukana (basically Eien no Aselia 2) translation project is also underway. I have no idea when it will be done, but I'm looking forward to that too.
Also, for some reason, I just love this image from the KS dev blog.
(If you don't get the joke, for the love of all that is holy don't google an unfamiliar japanese term. It's better to ask and get it... Second hand, so to speak. ;))
Now if I could only find an English translation for Souten no Celenaria ~ What a Beautiful World... Unfortunately, it seems like the only ones who were working on that dropped their project.
