"If the tale really was eternally retold, wouldn't folks learn that Soul Edge was evil right away?"

Bwaha! The evil of my next day post has risen! Fear it! ^_^

Seriously, just wanted to pop by, was reading comments, thought I'd update again. Just a general 'haldo' and noting of recents stuff.

Spoke with Putnam today. He wants to make a Siegel partial-expansion (it'd be bundle-packed with other series) for the CCG I built for Dragonfly and all my future stuffs. I gave him the rundown of the engine in abreviated form this morning, then JUST before I put up my away message to go to work, I told him he should make a decent number of cards for his part of that expansion. Say, around a hundred. ^_^

Work was pretty good today. More of the usual process, which has yet to be mentioned here, so what the hey. Okay, I come in, I clock in, I bring the records/tapes/VHS/etc that are on the stairs upstairs to the back area. I then repeat this process for each stack on the stairs, and for any misc. records laying around that folks didn't put back. I then reorganize the upstairs, clean things up a bit, and go grab the price gun. Price the unpriced stuff, organize it all into genres, put the stuff there is room for out, and the stuff there isn't room for goes into a HUGE pillar of similarly fated records and boxes of said records. By the time this is done, usually the records are messy again, or there's new stuff on the stairs, etc. Repeat for six hours, with a brief break in which I write, eat snack food, and drink drinks.

We finally said 'screw it' and boxed up the Betas. They don't sell, period. Don't bother saying shocking, we have 45s, 78s, VHS, 8-tracks, records, laserdics, and casette tapes up there as well, and THEY sell. Hell, we have these... casette looking THINGS that are the length and width of a textbook and are about a cm and a half thick with movies on them, THEY sell.

I write like a mad man on break. It's scary. Almost all the developments for my projects this summer have been cooked up in these little 15 minute windows. Today I made a time table for all my projects... ALL of them... wrote up the cast list (or rather, the character we need to cast for) for season 1, made a prelim talent pool listing, wrote up all the positions we'll need filled, and began to skeletonize several post-DF-trillogy projects. And I divided projects up into who maybe will go into what expansion. Fifteen minutes. O_o;; I rediscovered the temporal void of that Kenshin marathon, and it's at Record Surplus starting at 2 pm every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday.

Also, I have a cleaning schedule I made for the upstairs, because the upstairs is exactly what you would expect an upstairs area run by male record geeks would look like. Yeah, probably hadn't been cleaned since Robotech was being pitched to someone in Japan for the first time. So now I keep it clean as best I can each day, not just organizing, but actually cleaning. Tuesday is dusting, Thursday vaccuming, and Saturday I spray and polish all the wooden shelves and fixtures.

Came home listening to my old Dreamlands Vol. 5 "Otaku Version 2.0" CD. Konya wa Hurricane is now restuck in my brain. @_@ Got in the door, found out Talia won't be able to come over tomorrow like I thought she would. Ahh well. We'll try again next week, it sounds like.

Question of the Update: You can pull any one nonliving object from a fictional world and own it in this one. What do you pick, and why?
