'The Godfather' on the big screen!

In honour of the blu-ray DVD release of The Godfather a few AMC theatres decided to show it for 1 week! That's right, one of the greatest movies of all-time on the BIG SCREEN!

Thankfully, it was playing at the big AMC here by the Eaton Centre, so me and Neen went to see it this evening. The second I heard it was playing here I texted Neen saying LET'S GO SUNDAY!!!!!

And I am SO GLAD we did. That movie is great - that I already knew, but on the big screen it's even BETTER! It's really no stretch to say that it actually is, quite possibly, the greatest movie of all-time. I'm so happy we had the chance to see it - especially Neen who loves it so.

My mom asked me at lunch today if I was going to watch it too, to which I said "OF COURSE!" She said she thought maybe Neen was going by herself, to which I said "You know... this is probably the one movie that she WOULD watch all by herself in the theatre if need be." :P

But of course, no. Who would she sit there and say 'You're Michael' to then? :P And sadly, yes... I have come to terms with the fact that I...*heavy sigh*...am Michael. Actually, we've realised more that those 4 siblings could be related more to 4 other siblings we know... (instead of us having to be Fredo-Michael and Michael-Connie...or have no Connie at all. :P -- Does this make sense to anyone but me and Neen? No? Well who cares! :P)

Anyhow, that's all.

Godfather = awesome.

OH and Force Unleashed...that = UBER AWESOME. More on that and my bday and the fantastic-ness that is my family and friends later.
