I got my mom a gold chain for a pendant she likes (the original chain snapped) and this card. It has a goofy monkey on and says, "Mom, for Mother's Day I got you a card that'll remind you of me!"
And then it opens on the left-hand side: "It doesn't do what it's supposed to!"
Ha, she loved it. We're goin' out to eat shortlyish to an Italian restaurant in Reading.
-In the Palm Beach Post there was, randomly (although perhaps not too randomly, as the Fish are playing the Nats), an article on Ryan Zimmerman, and his relationship with his mom, whose had multiple sclerosis since he was a boy. It's short but it made me smile. Mostly because I really ♥ Ryan. He's very unlike a lot of other young ballplayers. He grew up real quick when he was young, and something about how mature he is is endearing.

And Dan had a 2 HR game today. And it wasn't even on FSNFL. I'm sure Rich & Tommy wbere freaking out at the spa.
