Its official...
I am now a homeowner in California, ....and Boston actually. It's pretty amazing. We met all of our neighbours last night moving in, and they are all super nice and seem mad cool. I am most excited for monthly poker nite, cigars and all. Now I have so many more people to cook for too...which is nice.
There is the cutest little playmate for the dogs upstairs, and her name is Lady Stardust.....I think this may be the feeling when you reach heaven or whatever that place is you go. Finally at peace in the happy place.
I am totally happy, sappy and lame right now, but I have a place to call home now, and not a shit hole ass raping rent expense of a corporate housing resort.

Last night my cousin from italy was in town, mad good times and good eats for sure.
Life is good.
