this also raises the question 'should stupid people be allowed to procreate?' I met a woman in the park today who was trying to tell me to discipline my dog by keeping him on a tight leash. I lashed out at her and told her that she should put a leash on her two little brats. She did not like this at all, and to avaoid a brawl with the lady a walked away cursing her and wishing her ill. There are so many laws about who can adopt kids and what not, how about a personality and iq test for people who are thinking of conceivng?
