Today when I went to Tmobile.com I checked my balance and it said zero. So I was like WTF mate? (Because I hadn’t paid the bill yet for this month) So I looked at my bank account, and it said
-$237.49 So I looked closer and there were six $30 overdraft fees because Tmobile “easypaid” my account. Easypay is where they take the amount of your bill out of your checking account every month. I never signed up for this. I didn’t even know what it was until tonight. I then called Tmobile and US Bank and sat on hold for 3 hours, talked to 2 supervisors, and had a conference call with Tmobile and my bank. I thought that since I had never used easypay that this would be taken care of. When I talked to a Tmobile supervisor, she said she would help by getting my bank to fax some information, but when I called back with my bank on the line with me I found out she lied, and typed in caps on the report that MY CHARGES WERE VALID AND I WOULD RECEIVE NO REFUND A refund wasn’t even what I wanted In the end, they only offered me some free minutes, which makes no sense if I cant even afford my cell phone.
Then I created the “fuck tmobile fund”. I thought if I could get 237 people to donate $1 I could pay off my debts and not want to kill myself.

I’ve never been more embarrassed in my life sitting on the phone crying to people who just didn’t care. Show me that you care, or that you hate corporations who screw people by simply sending a dollar This is no joke...this seriously happened..I can send proof if need be.....thanks for all of the help...
